When you place an order with Motocal, we want to ensure your custom graphics kit looks flawless. That is why every order goes through our comprehensive free Design Check and Perfect Logo Service before it hits the printers.
The Design Check Process
Our comprehensive review includes:
- Design Accuracy: We verify design accuracy across all positions on the vehicle.
- Alignment & Bleed: The team corrects alignment and fixes bleed issues.
- Symmetry & Mirroring: If opposing decal positions (e.g., left and right shrouds) are not exactly the same, the Design Check will catch this and apply minor tweaking to correct it.
- Kit Completeness: We ensure the completeness of the design across the full kit.
The Design Check acts as a critical control point in the order process. If the design passes, the order moves forward towards production preparation. If any issues are identified, the customer is contacted directly to resolve them.
Perfect Logo Service
As part of the Design Check, Motocal provides the Perfect Logo Service free of charge. Our design team reviews all uploaded logos and images to ensure they are production print-ready for perfect final decals.

- Quality Evaluation: We evaluate all uploaded logos and images for print quality, including resolution, clarity, and scalability.
- Image Replacement: If print quality is insufficient for high-quality printing, we replace it with a better quality version of the exact same image.
- Vectorization: Motocal may vectorize images to achieve the desired result.
- Customer Support: If there are still issues, the team will reach out to the customer to request the original or alternative artwork.
What is Not Checked (User Responsibility)
While we handle the technical perfection of your kit, certain aspects remain entirely your responsibility.
- Creative Design: The team does not alter the user’s creative design concept.
- Spelling: The user is explicitly responsible for reviewing spelling before placing the order.
- Vehicle Details & Layout: The user is explicitly responsible for reviewing bike selection, sizing, and layout before placing the order.
